Ordered window: came to store a month later and sat for weeks before I called to find out about it.
Weeks later new product came in and went through three installers to schedule install. Turns out LOWES ordered just the glass and no sash?!
Do not buy windows or doors here!
New installer came a week later and laughed at the previous installers work.

I bought a holiday living prelit Xmas tree here 3 years ago. Several bulbs have burnt out. They are unique bulbs that generic or GE will fit. Called Lowe's customer service, the bulbs are no longer stocked and the tree is out of warranty.

Please do not buy anything from their installed sales office.
Installed incorrectly week later. -needed extensive stucco work, frame was out out of true 90 degree angles. You could see between frame and sash.
A month later new window comes in but no one calls us so again I call the store.
This window was installed and failed inspection a month later because it wasn’t tempered.
Weeks later new window came and it wasn’t obscured.
We are in the process of a home renovation and have worked with almost every department over the past 6 months. The staff here has made this experience amazing! Michele in Kitchens out did herself with suggestions and recommendations. She kept her cool when we did four revisions (seriously, this woman is amazing). Then Mike Morley in windows has been wonderful. He's kept us apprised of our custom window orders every step of the way. He knows his stuff. I literally hugged Lisa in the custom window department because she helped me find the right Dremel bit after we were done talking windows. Patrick and Diana were also great with working through some carpeting issues. Shirley in custom blinds was extremely helpful when there was a problem with an order (not her fault). Sometimes things go wrong, but it's how those problems are dealt with, which makes or breaks a relationship with a company. Thank you Lowe's for being so helpful during a very stressful time.
I purchased 1 (ONE) window December of 2017. It’s now November 2017 and they still haven’t finished. Here is a summary:
This is the worst Lowe's I have every been to. Today I purchased 10 PVC pipes. The employee charged me for twenty. I pulled up front to point this out. The heavy set man up front was very rude and said I have to see them and he refused to come to my car parked right out side to see them. So even though his employee made a mistake, I had to log all these log PVC pipes back into the store and on top of it he was so rude. Whatever happen to good customer service.
